After obtaining a Master in Ergonomics at the University of Paris-Sud, Céline Taccori Duvergey joined PSA in 2010, at the Research and Innovation Direction, as a cognitive ergonomics specialist.Working on different innovation projects, her first position consisted on designing and evaluating HMI and ADAS functions. As the projects became more complicated and wider, the department hire more people, and Céline took the role of team leader among the specialists in ergonomics. Currently in charge of project management for HMI and usage for autonomous car. With a pluridisciplinary team (UX/UI designers), we are designing the autonomous cars’ eXperience.

For each projects, we use user-centered design methods :

• Research : bibliography, benchmark, survey, field studies, user interviews, focus group, Personas, storyboard, use case and scenario, brainstorming, UX routine, audit, task analysis, diary studies, card sorting
• Design : wireframe (power point and photoshop) and prototypes (wizard of oz, paper, digital, QML)
• Evaluation : expert analysis, user test (wizard of oz, vehicle simulator, on road, on table), eye tracking
