As Head of Competence Center for Instrumentation, I am motivated to create innovation and new product solutions for the automotive industry. I am fascinated by the fact that the automobile is highly versatile and constantly absorbs new innovations. This means that product developers are constantly challenged to offer their customers new technical solutions. As a physicist specialising in optics, light and materials, I am particularly fascinated by the display and control systems in the vehicle interior. A special focus of my work is design / layout, system development and the user-oriented, ergonomic layout of products.
