Human Factors Expert, trained Psychologist, Major: Human-Machine-Interaction. Working in the field of Human Factors since 1988 in various positions: Post-Doc UMTRI ,USA, and TU Berlin, HMI Consultant for EADS and BMW. Since 2004 Senior Human Factors Expert at BMW in different positions for Research, Pre-development and Series Projects, Innovation Manager in the field of Car Interieur, and Senior Expert for User Experience. Since 2017 project leader for pre-development project Onboard User Experience 2025.

The Pop in my Job: Starting with customer needs, how can we translate these needs into real innovations in a very volatile environment for car makers, especially with respect to the new challenges for interior design arising from the big topics autonomous driving and artificial intelligence.
