Justin Busch is a senior UX researcher at TomTom, where he uses a mixed-methodological approach to gain a deeper understanding of drivers and navigation application users. With previous experience as a UX researcher at Dell and Human Interfaces Inc., it was Justin’s passion for transportation and the future of mobility that led him to TomTom. Justin has a PhD in cognitive psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
