As vehicles become increasingly intelligent, seamless human-machine interaction is key to creating a safe, intuitive, and engaging in-car experience. By integrating multimodal UX considerations into voice and sonic design, automakers can enhance communication between drivers, passengers, and vehicle systems. This approach combines voice interaction, audio cues, haptic feedback, and visual elements to create a more natural, accessible, and distraction-free environment. In this session, we will explore how AI-driven voice assistants, adaptive soundscapes, and context-aware audio feedback can improve usability, reduce cognitive load, and transform in-cabin interactions into a more human-centric experience.
