For over 17 years Thomas has joined the Ford Motor Company where he gained experience in the fields of HMI, digital experiences, and UX research. Thomas is leading a diverse team of designers, software engineers and human factors specialists working on concept development for future Human Machine Interfaces.

Ford-Werke GmbH is A company with a long tradition in Germany Since the start of Ford in Germany in 1925 in Berlin, the automobile manufacturer has produced more than 40 million vehicles in Germany and Belgium. Since 1930, Cologne has been the seat of the company and, since 1998, the seat of the administration of Ford Europa, which is responsible for 50 markets.
