Xavier Chalandon is at the head of Renault HMI Strategic Expertise Area, covering both engineering and human factors issues. Since 2016, he is also HMI Ergonomics leader for the Renault-Nissan Alliance. From 1990 to 2005, he held several positions at Dassault Aviation within the field of human factors applied to aeronautics engineering. He joined Renault in 2006 as manager of Human Factors research activities. He received an Engineering degree in Aeronautics (ENSAE), a MS degree in Engineering (Stanford), and a PhD degree in Cognitive Ergonomics (CNAM).
