As a Senior Research Engineer at HMETC, Dongkook Park focuses on enhancing mobility experiences for Hyundai users. Working in close collaboration with other creative teams at the Europe (R&D, Regional Headquarter, Design), he develops seamless user experiences and interaction models with the vehicle. His academic journey began with Industrial & Management Engineering (2004-2010) and an M.S. in Ergonomics (2010-2012) with a specialization in the automotive industry. Dongkook has spent much of his career at Hyundai Motor Company, working in Ergonomics and UX Strategy Teams. He also had a stint as a Guest Engineer at the Technical University of Munich (2021-2022) before returning to Hyundai in 2022. Currently based at HMETC UX Studio Frankfurt, he's dedicated to developing practical and user-friendly UX strategies for new mobility, contributing to Hyundai's UX ecosystem.
